At the moment we have over 700 feedbacks and all 100% positive, all problems are always neatly solved. If something goes wrong or if you have any questions, please contact us immediately.

At BuildingParts you can buy used and new Lego parts. We are currently working hard to fill the store. No bad Lego quality will be sold, such as deformed, severely discolored or damaged Lego. For parts that looks like new, they really do looks like new. With perhaps some light user scratches, which are barely visible. The entered minifigures looks like new may looks between good and looks like new. But all minifigures looks neat and have no cracks in the upper body or arms and are shipped assembled, including the new ones.

Used Lego with the term good means reasonable quality but with possibly more user scratches then looks like new parts, but has no teeth marks or broken pieces and is still in good condition. Acceptable parts are not sold in this store because they often looks bad.

Taxes and invoice

No VAT is charged on all used Lego parts, but 21% on all new parts. Resellers can contact us about this. By default we do not send invoices with VAT.

To create an invoice on request for resellers, we charge 20% administration costs of the invoice amount excluding shipping costs. The 20% is incl. 21% VAT, because the purchase amounts of new and used Lego parts must be separated and this function is unfortunately not available on Brick Owl.

Actually, this store is intended to sell to private individuals.

Shipping costs and delivery time

The shipping costs are all costs necessary to pack and ship your order, such as packaging material, etc. and the VAT on shipping costs that we are obliged to pay. We do not charge any additional PayPal costs. If you have any questions about shipping costs, please contact us.

Orders are shipped on working days from Monday to Friday within 24 hours after receipt of your payment. Large orders can be shipped within 48 hours. During holidays you can expact that the delivery time is longer than usual. It is also possible that the delivery services are busy and sometimes deliver much later than you are used to. Unfortunately we have no influence on this. For large orders, if it's need, we will pay the insurance.

Op dit moment hebben we meer dan 600 feedbacks en allemaal 100% positief, alle problemen worden altijd netjes opgelost. Gaat er iets mis of heeft u vragen, neem dan direct contact met ons op.

Bij BuildingParts kunt u gebruikte en nieuwe Lego onderdelen kopen. Momenteel wordt er hard gewerkt om de winkel vol te krijgen. Er wordt geen slechte Lego kwaliteit verkocht, zoals vervormde, ernstig verkleurde of beschadigde Lego. Voor onderdelen die er zo goed als nieuw uitzien, zien er ook echt zo goed als nieuw uit. Met misschien wat lichte gebruikers krasjes, die nauwelijks zichtbaar zijn. De minifiguren, die ingevoerd zijn als zo goed als nieuw, kunnen eruit zien tussen goed en zo goed als nieuw. Maar alle minifiguren zien er netjes uit en hebben geen scheurtjes in het bovenlichaam of armpjes en worden gemonteerd verzonden, ook de nieuwe.

Gebruikte Lego met de term goed betekent redelijke kwaliteit maar met mogelijk meer gebruikers krasjes dan zo goed als nieuw, maar hebben geen tand afdrukken of afgebroken stukjes en is dan nog in goede staat. Acceptabele onderdelen worden in deze winkel niet verkocht omdat ze er vaak slecht uitzien.

Veel plezier met bouwen en hopelijk vind u wat u zoekt.

Belastingen en factuur

Op alle gebruikte Lego onderdelen wordt geen BTW gerekend, maar wel 21% op alle nieuwe onderdelen. Wederverkopers kunnen hierover met ons contact opnemen. Standaard sturen wij geen facturen met BTW.

Voor het opmaken van een factuur op aanvraag voor wederverkopers brengen wij 20% administratiekosten in rekening van het factuurbedrag exclusief de verzendkosten. De 20% is dan incl. 21% BTW, omdat de aankoopbedragen van nieuwe en gebruikte Lego onderdelen apart vermeld moeten worden en deze functie helaas niet beschikbaar is op Brick Owl.

Eigenlijk is deze winkel bedoeld om te verkopen aan particulieren.

Verzendkosten en verzendtijd

De verzendkosten zijn alle kosten die nodig zijn om uw bestelling in te pakken en te verzenden, zoals verpakkingsmateriaal enz. en de BTW over verzendkosten die wij verplicht zijn af te dragen. Wij rekenen verder geen extra PayPal kosten. Heeft u vragen over verzendkosten, neemt dan contact met ons op.

Bestellingen worden op werkdagen van maandag t/m vrijdag binnen 24 uur na ontvangst van uw betaling verzonden, grote bestellingen binnen 48 uur. Tijdens feestdagen kunt u er rekening mee houden dat de levertijd langer is dan normaal. Ook kan het zo zijn dat de bezorgdiensten het druk hebben en soms veel later bezorgen dan u gewend bent. Hier hebben wij helaas geen invloed op. Bij grote bestellingen betalen wij de verzekering, indien nodig.
